Lavazza in Bad Kissingen

We wanted to treat ourselves to two warming drinks during the cold season. Smoking people were standing in front of the café and when asked whether the café was open, they already gave unfriendly information (only to go). The polite question about a possible card payment was answered in an unfriendly and disrespectful way with a reference to the costs incurred by the operator. As a service provider, you quickly lose otherwise satisfied customers. Never again!!!

Nice decor, great ambience

Great coffee, great outside area. Great atmosphere. In addition, very friendly staff who are courteous and respond to special requests. Gladly again !

Too expensive for self service. Some also use Corona to make themselves comfortable. This is not how the restaurateurs experience it!

Very nice atmosphere and very delicious coffee

Very nice café with a direct view of the Regentenbau. We have been there several times in the last year and now again regularly almost every evening. The boss conjures up a Hugo with lots of love from fresh ingredients and the Aperol Spritz is arranged with many orange slices. We have never drunk so delicious Hugo and Aperol 👏👏. Small things to snack on are also served free of charge. You can clearly see that the boss is enjoying her café and she is regularly supported by her husband. We'll be back next year 😊‼ ️

Wow! Nice little tastefully decorated café. I found the latte macchiato delicious. Friendly courteous staff and clean toilets. Will not be there for the last time during my spa stay.

Nice cafe where you can still spend some time in the evening. Unfortunately, the staff is sometimes quite peculiar and grumpy. But coffee and other drinks are great

Nice cafe on the spa garden with a very friendly boss, the lady behind the counter didn't come across well to me either, that doesn't work.

The nice ambience was very inviting, but the extremely rough woman behind the counter completely spoiled our stay

For a "quick coffee" we went to Lavazaa Rossini today. The coffee was delicious and the ambience is extremely cozy. The view of the Regentenbau perfectly rounds off the relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted warmly and courteously. There were no problems with the baby or pram either. The staff was quick, very nice & courteous.

Nice ambience inside and outside. Service and prices also fit.
